Message From Founder
Everyone deserves affordable local energy, though reality often falls short. To address this, I advocate for residential Solar + Battery Storage through a business model that uses battery power not just for backup, but as a shared, affordable community energy solution.
Our vision aligns with Sanpo Yoshi, the Japanese philosophy of “three-way goodness”: good for the buyer, seller, and society. For us, this means long-term societal contribution through climate action and sustainable environments.
The power industry must become more “customer-centric,” focusing on empowering individual users toward energy independence. By prioritizing sustainability, flexibility, and energy sharing, we can build community grids—essentially Virtual Private Grids acting as On-Site PPAs—that drastically reduce reliance on centralized utilities.
To realize this, I acquired residential EPCs in Hawaii in 2021. Over the past year, we successfully grew by combining standard US strategic partnerships with Japanese-style customer-centric service, a philosophy warmly embraced in Hawaii.
